Ayurvedic tips(tuchkas) for dysentry or loose motion

Dysentry means loose motion with abdominal pain of crampy type .It could be amoebic or bacillary dysentry.

You can use following home made ayurvedic remedies(tuchkas) for relief from this without any side-effects.

*Take carrot juice.

*By intake of lemon juice with salt in luke warm water .

* Taking tulsi petals approximately 4-5 with sanchal and curd mixed properly.

*Taking curd,honey and raw suger cubes mixed properly.

*Taking seed of mango in whey well crushed and mixed.

* Taking black pepper powder in whey.

* Taking raw small pieces of onion in curd.

Tips for Sinusitis

You can take following measures to get aid in sinusitis
* Take steam of boiled water without any medicines twice daily.

* Fill your bath tub with salt water and plunge into it .let somewhat water enter into your nose .you will have sneezing and lot of discharge will come out ,but will relieve you of sinusitis.( this thing should be done caustiously and should not be done with children).It is a method of panchkarma which helps in excretion of stuffed up nose and sinuses.

* Take a cup full of milk with turmeric ( 1/3 table spoon) and salt ( one pinch) in it regularly for a month for sinusitis

* Avoid taking cold drinks,cold water and ice-creams etc in sinusitis

* Avoid sweets and softdrinks for every case of sinusitis

* Take more pulses in your diet.proteins act as immunity booster and will help you get relieved from sinusitis as early as possible.
