Loss of appetite

Loss of appetite is a common feature among children

Causes of loss of appetite

First and foremost cause of loss of appetite is indigestion.

Other causes
Improper assimilation.
Any systemic disease
Low grade fever.

Ayurvedic Tuchkas (tips) for loss of appetite.

You can take crushed ginger pulp slightly before taking meals which will increase your appetite and clear your problem of loss of appetite.

Taking asofoetida with pure ghee in small quantity also helps improving your appetite.

Taking one spoonfull of lemon juice,one spoon of ginger juice with a small quantity of jaggery will help in improving loss of appetite .

If you do not feel hungry or if your appetite is lost then you can take (ajma) twice daily which will definately improve your lost appetite.
